TERMS & CONDITIONS Before Your Appointment Please ensure you follow the guidelines below prior to booking and attending your appointment: • Do not manually or chemically exfoliate your skin for 2 weeks prior to your appointment. • Do not use retinol for 2 weeks prior to your appointment. • Avoid all harsh products or chemical treatments for 2 weeks prior to your appointment. • Please attend your appointment with no makeup on the treatment area. Failure to follow these instructions may affect your results. ⸻ Age Requirement All clients must be 18 years or older to book and receive treatments. ⸻ Punctuality Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation, as we must avoid delays for clients booked after you. ⸻ Deadlines All treatment packages must be completed within 6 months of the original booking date. ⸻ Guests We operate a strict no guests policy. Please attend your appointment alone. This includes children. ⸻ Refund Policy All payments are non-refundable. ⸻ Deposit A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. ⸻ Rescheduling Policy • You may reschedule your appointment once, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice. • Rescheduling is not permitted within 48 hours of your appointment. • If you fail to reschedule within this timeframe, your booking fee will be forfeited, and a new non-refundable deposit will be required to book another appointment. • All rescheduled appointments must take place within the same calendar month and cannot be transferred to the following month
